Building elite-level hitters

The Lab

Remote training that builds elite-level hitters. The Lab develops rotational explosiveness from the ground up: mobility and activation, hip-shoulder separation and kinetic sequencing, medicine ball drills, resistance rotational training, and isometrics, sequenced so each phase makes the next one hit harder. The goal is an elite-level hitter: more rotational explosiveness, higher exit velocity, and a body that moves efficiently enough to repeat it.

The method

Elite hitters are built from the body, not the bat. The Lab develops explosiveness and efficiency in the order they actually develop.

1

Mobility & activation

T-spine and hip mobility, then wake up the muscles that drive the turn. You can't rotate through what you can't move through.

2

Hip-shoulder separation & kinetic sequencing

Hips first, then torso, then hands. PVC drills build the stretch that powers the swing and teach the body to fire in order.

3

Medicine ball drills

Rotational throws that teach the body to transfer force from the ground up and let it go.

4

Resistance rotational training

Banded and loaded rotational work that makes the hips work to lead the turn, then speeds it up.

5

Isometrics

Holds in the positions that matter: loaded, at contact, through the chop. Strength where the swing needs it.

Building elite hitters.

The progression isn't random. Each phase makes the next one work. Rotational explosiveness, exit velocity, and movement efficiency get built together, because elite hitters need all three.

Questions

What parents and players ask before they start.

Who is The Lab for?

Hitters roughly 12 and up who want to hit the ball harder. High school players in the offseason, travel players between seasons, and college guys who want a real program instead of random cage work. Younger athletes can do it with a parent's help.

What equipment do I need?

A med ball (6 to 10 lb), a resistance band, a PVC pipe or broomstick, and a bat. A tee and a net are useful but not required. Most families already have most of this.

How much time does it take?

Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. Intro is four days a week, and Elite is built around your schedule. It's built to fit around a practice schedule, not replace it.

How do I get my program?

Within 24 hours of signing up, your coach emails your program as a PDF. Every session is laid out week by week, and every drill name links to a demo video. Each new month, your next program arrives by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Both plans are monthly with no contract.

What's the difference between the plans?

Intro is a 4-day fully individualized program with a monthly check-in. Elite is for the highly driven, committed athlete at the high school, college, or professional level: a full biomechanical assessment and adjustments, weekly check-ins, video analysis, direct communication with coaches, and mindset, approach, and focus development. Elite is capped at 15 athletes.
